PROJECT OVERVIEW
Get Into Your Locker!!!

  • Classification. Can you hear the groans.? This word often causes students to turn their brains off.  It doesn't seem relevant, yet it is one of the most universally useful; important and applied concepts.
  • Students will investigate the concept  of classification; they will apply their understanding to an area near and dear to their academic lives:  their lockers
  • Students must keep books, papers, pencils, personal items, jackets, clothes for physical education, art suplies, and backpacks in a very small space
  • They have two to three minutes between classes to find materials for their subsequent class, talk to their friends, and jetison unneeded items.
  • These constraints demand a highly efficient system.  Get into your locker to create one!
