Game Card Format

This format will be used in creating questions for science review games.
Please follow the format exactly.

1.
Use 4" X 6" index cards.  If these are  not available, cut white paper into 4" X 6" shapes.
2.
The card should be in portrait orientation.
3.
Draw a line 1 cm from the top of the card (see example below).  You will be asked to color this according to the topic specified for the game.
4.
Write the question under the colored band at the top of the card.  Questions may be typed or written in cursive.  See step 5.
5.
Layout for the front of the card (see Figure 1, below)
a.  Place the question on the top front (under the color band).
b.  Please check that there are no spelling or grammatical errors.
c.  Place your name on the bottom, right hand corner of the card.
d.  Include your section and student number (science).
6.
Layout for the back of the card

a.  Place the correct answer on the top of the back of the card (see Figure 2, below).
b.  Indicate the page # on which the correct answer to the question can be found.
c.  The intials of the student that checked your card should be in the left corner.
